Studio152 has two partners. That’s the two of us in the picture – Marie Williams on the left and Geoff Wigglesworth on the right (wearing the hat).
After many years working in the hubbub of Auckland, we de-stressed and moved north in 2015, moving to a small semi-permaculture property near Whangarei in the (so called) winterless north. Here we have 8 ducks that keep us supplied with WAAAY too many eggs for breakfast and we look after an array of fruit trees and veggie plots. In our spare time we create stuff.
Studio152 is our studio/office/craftroom/workshop and it made sense to call our online store the same.

Marie’s bio:
My background is in fashion and retail. Having had an earlier career as a fashion designer I then moved into retail and ran two of my own boutique fashion shops in Browns Bay on Auckland’s North Shore – Diversity Fashions and Art and Soul. Nowadays I’m happiest when busy making things or pottering in the garden.
Being a Gemini I’m always onto the next thing before I’ve even finished the last… (which of course results in a very messy craft room!).
I also enjoy eco printing onto various silks using plants and materials found in our garden and surrounding area. You can see some of my work on my Facebook Page NaturalExpressionsNZ.
Geoff’s bio:
I’m an “old-school” graphic designer who’s worked in ad agencies and art studios for longer than I care to remember. Over the years I’ve built up a few skills that I am now applying to designs on mugs, t-shirts and the like.
I also keep my web and graphic design business going (at a slower pace than I used to) and am a partner in a couple of successful Etsy shops for which I supply designs.
