Orders and Shipping

Depending on the day of the week we receive your order, we aim to process all orders within two working days. Your location then determines how long it might take to reach you once dispatched by courier. Note that we do have an add-on charge for Priority Delivery.

No. We use Paypal as our Payment Gateway so orders are processed in a secure environment. We never receive credit card details.

Yes, we charge GST within New vZealand.

Our mugs are sold only within New Zealand. Once we introduce our range of shirts we may consider overseas sales for those.

Yes, unless you are ordering more than 4, where we will choose the best method.

If you need to swap an item

Please let us know as soon as possible and we will replace it ASAP.

In most cases we will not need you to return items. If we do we will send a return address.

We print all items to order, so you can change or cancel at any time before we start printing, which is usually soon after receipt of the order. Best practice is to let us know straight away.
